Overview
MXBligo cooperates with law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable laws. This page outlines the process for submitting requests.
Submission Requirements
All requests must include: Official letterhead from the requesting agency; detailed description of the investigation; specific data requested and its relevance; valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or warrant); contact information of the requesting officer.
Emergency Requests
For emergencies involving imminent harm or child safety, contact us immediately at: lawenforcement@mxbligo.live. We respond to emergency requests 24/7.
Processing Time
Standard requests are processed within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer. We will notify you if additional time is needed.
User Notification
Unless prohibited by law, we will notify users of law enforcement requests for their data.
