User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MXBligo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: upload content that is illegal or violates others' rights; harass, abuse, or threaten other users; impersonate another person or entity; use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes; disrupt the Service's security; engage in fraudulent activities including fake engagement or gift laundering.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content, you grant BIGO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.
6. Virtual Currency
MXBligo uses virtual currencies (Beans, Coins, Diamonds) for in-app purchases. Virtual currency has no real-world value and is non-refundable unless required by law. Beans earned as a host may be withdrawn according to our withdrawal policy.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIGO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
